Tell us: what’s your five-minute fix for feeling happy or healthy?

There are times when everyone needs a quick pick-me-up: something that will leave us feeling happier or healthier – not tomorrow, or next week, but in the next five minutes.

If you’re lucky enough to have come up with something that always works for you, your friends or your family, we’d like to hear about it – whether it’s a beetroot smoothie, a dance to a favourite song or a midnight sprint round the garden.
