It’s an overcast day here in London. But more importantly, it’s dry across the rest of the country so we should be in for another fine day of county cricket.
Farhan Ahmed’s seven-wicket haul for Nottinghamshire was the big story yesterday. The 16-year-old became the youngest player in first-class cricket history in England to take five wickets or more. Yet his best efforts may all be in vain as Surrey racked up 525 runs. I’ll provide you with updates from that game as well as Somerset v Durham and the latest from the rest of the grounds.
